1. Introduction

Welcome to IdleCashPro ("Service," "we," "our," or "us"). IdleCashPro is an independent analytics and notification service designed to help users identify potentially higher after-tax yields for their idle cash by analyzing various money-market and Treasury-style funds.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Service.

3. Service Description

  • IdleCashPro provides personalized after-tax yield calculations and fund recommendations based on the tax information and bank APY you provide.
  • We monitor a select list of low-risk funds and alert you via email when a fund's projected after-tax yield (for your bracket) exceeds your current fund's yield by a set threshold.
  • IdleCashPro is an analytical and notification service only. We do not hold or manage your money, execute trades, or act as a financial advisor or broker. All trades must be placed with your own brokerage.

4. User Accounts

  • To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You acknowledge that all investment decisions are solely yours. IdleCashPro provides information for analytical purposes; it is not financial or investment advice. You should consult a qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the tax and financial information you provide to the Service. Inaccurate information may lead to inaccurate recommendations.
  • You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of IdleCashPro and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our express written consent.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. IDLECASHPRO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. INVESTMENT VALUES CAN FLUCTUATE, AND PAST PERFORMANCE IS NOT INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RESULTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IDLECASHPRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IdleCashPro, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your (or anyone using your account's) violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

12. Governing Law
